  39. The future lies with getting programmers to use the OS to do all of their
  40. tricks, rather then being narrow minded and hitting the hardware for their 
  41. software which will break on every successive Hardware update.

  43. And the OS overhead should be removed with the addition of fast PCI graphics
  44. cards. Look at the PSX; everything there is OS friendly, and it flies..
